Responsible Gaming
Betting on Lotus7book should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape stress. This page explains the tools we give you to stay in control, and where to get help if you need it.
Lotus7book is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must not open an account or place any bet. We verify age through KYC and close any account found to belong to a minor.
Our Approach
The vast majority of people bet for fun and stay well within their means. A small number do not, and for them betting can become a real problem that affects money, relationships and health. We take that seriously. Every tool below is built into your account from the day you join, not buried in fine print, and our support team is trained to help rather than to keep you playing.
Tools You Control
- Deposit limits. Set a maximum you can deposit per day, week or month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising it only applies after a cooling-off delay, so a heated moment cannot undo your own guardrail.
- Reality checks. Turn on a periodic reminder that shows how long you have been playing and your net position for the session, so time never slips away unnoticed.
- Cooling-off. Take a short break — from 24 hours up to six weeks. Your account pauses and you cannot bet until the period ends. Your balance is safe and waiting.
- Self-exclusion. Shut betting off for six months, a year, five years, or permanently. During self-exclusion we block your account and remove you from our promotional contact.
- Account closure. If you would rather leave entirely, you can request full closure at any time and withdraw your remaining balance after KYC.
You can switch any of these on from your account settings, or ask our support team to set them up for you through live chat or email.
Signs It May Be Becoming a Problem
Be honest with yourself if any of these feel familiar. They are common warning signs that betting has stopped being harmless fun:
- Betting more than you can comfortably afford to lose, or chasing losses to win them back.
- Borrowing money, selling things, or missing bills to fund betting.
- Betting to escape stress, boredom, loneliness or low mood.
- Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend.
- Feeling anxious, restless or irritable when you try to cut down or stop.
- Letting betting take priority over work, study, sleep or relationships.

Protecting Minors
Keeping under-18s off the platform is a shared responsibility. If children use your device, protect it with tools such as Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, or filtering software like Net Nanny. Never let anyone under 18 use your account or watch you bet, and keep your login details private.
Tips to Keep It Fun
- Decide your budget before you start, and treat it like the cost of an evening out.
- Only bet with money you can afford to lose — never rent, bills or borrowed cash.
- Set a time limit as well as a money limit, and use reality checks.
- Take regular breaks, and never bet to chase a loss or to feel better.
- Do not bet when you are upset, tired or under the influence of alcohol.
- Remember the house always has an edge — no system beats it over time.
Our team is here to help, not to judge. If you want to set a limit, take a break, or just talk through your options, reach out through the contact page at any time.
